Policies & Service Agreement 


This agreement outlines the policies for private chef and meal preparation services provided by Raven’s Savory Creations. By booking services, the client agrees to the following terms:


Deposit & Payment


  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to submit and confirm any booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before the start of service (no later than the service date).
  • Bookings are not confirmed without payment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay.


Booking Requests

  • Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.
  • Requests are reviewed only after a deposit is received.
  • Raven’s Savory Creations reserves the right to decline requests.


Grocery Reimbursement


  • Grocery costs are billed separately and are non-refundable.
  • Groceries are purchased specifically for each client.
  • Receipts will be provided upon request.


Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance may be applied to a future date.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before service result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Weekly Client Commitment


  • Weekly clients are billed on a weekly basis.
  • Once a week is confirmed, the full service fee is owed regardless of schedule changes.
  • Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee for the following week.


Rush Requests


  • Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Requests within 48 hours incur a $50 rush fee.


Professional Standards


  • Raven’s Savory Creations maintains professional standards in food safety, preparation, and service.
  • By booking, clients agree to all policies listed above.
